SG MOLD operates based on its own industrial complex of about 270,000 square meters at its headquarters in China and has comprehensive manufacturing capabilities that encompass all processes (mold base, mold core, mold parts, etc.) in the mold industry. In particular, it has more than 200 CNC processing equipment specializing in mold base, and guarantees stable quality with high-precision facilities including 5-axis processing machines from Breton,Italy. The maximum processing precision of the product is ±0.005mm and average ±0.01mm, and through the ERP-based production management system, the small mold base is shipped within 5 to 7 days. For the large mold base, it can be shipped within about 20 days. In addition, all products are inspected through a complete inspection system including the Hexagon 3D meter (CMM) to provide reliable and high-quality products to customers.
